This is my second review and dealing with Ronnie and the guys was absolutely a pleasure. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am well pleased. If I could give 10 stars I would have.

This is by far, in my experience, the most honest and respectful repair shop. I used to have a Range Rover, that they would not let me continue to pour money into now 7 years later. Im Bringing another vehicle to them. I am back by popular demand as a returning customer. I cannot wait to see them again.

Star Auto Repair is by far the most amazing repair I have ever dealt with!! Ronnie is adamant about accessing the repair before quoting a price and will not commence the repair until the owner has been notified and agrees. When the work requires less than originally quoted, the savings are passed along to the customer. The honesty and integrity is truly remarkable and hard to find these days! Greatly appreciated Star Team!! You have been my go to since I bought my BMW 328i, and you will remain as such!

He was given $4K in cash to begin the repairs. After an entire month of the car being at Star Auto and when he was advised he could pick it up, all the problems began. Upon driving away from the shop and approaching Harlem Avenue and Southwest Highway due it not running properly, he immediately pulled in the BP gas station to put in fresh gas and the check engine light came on. Instantly, he headed back to Star Auto with the check engine light screaming in his face. He spoke to Ronnie when he went back to the shop and acknowledged him that the check engine light reappeared and the car was not repaired properly and to retu
